The M CHLOI Hyaluronic Acid Waterdrop Cream* is the last product that I have to share with you from my BNT Box. It’s a moisturizer that features hyaluronic acid as the star ingredient. In skincare, hyaluronic acid is meant to prevent the effects of aging by acting as a cushion and lubricant in body tissues. It’s also used after medical procedures and can be injected into the body. As a topical cream, there isn’t hard evidence to prove its beneficial claims, but online reviews do seem to be on the good side.
When I opened up my BNT Box and saw “Verikos” I was happy because the brand hadn’t let me down. Based on the shape of the box, I was expecting a cream moisturizer or something similar but when I actually read what it was, I couldn’t contain myself. The Verikos Deep Cleansing Oil Balm is a product similar to the famous Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm and Emma Hardie Amazing Face Cleansing Balm, which are both not available locally. All three are essentially deep cleansers that remove makeup and provide skin with a deep clean that isn’t drying.
This gorgeous pressed powder is the third BRTC product I’ve had the pleasure to test out, thanks to BNT News. The first was the Bright Eye Vitalizer Cream (review) which I use pretty much every morning before applying my makeup, and the second was the Bubble Refining Cleanser (review) which I use once a week for a deep clean. So this Jasmine 3D Moist Pact Moisture-Coated Pressed Powder for Dry Skin is my first taste of makeup from the brand, and it seems that BRTC’s ranges don’t stop at just skincare, because this powder belongs to the “Jasmine Moist” System, of which this is step 6 of 8. I love the idea of addressing your skin’s problem from skincare down to makeup.
You guys know I have combination skin, but there was no way I was going to pass on trying this out because it has an SPF of 50+! Perfect for touch ups during the summer.
The Jasmine Moist Pack promises to moisturize skin, protect it from the sun, and brighten skin tone.
Where is PORE? I do feel like I have to say that in a certain (highly excited, exaggerated) way whenever I see this mask, hehe! There’s even a cute little magnifying glass hovering over the word “pore” on the lower right there. The Caolion Pore Original Pack (approx. 52 USD) is a clay mask that is meant to significantly reduce the appearance of pores after just one use. It is suitable for all skin types and it “delivers moisture” even while tightening up pores.
The Sorabee Balancing Aqua Cream is another one of those lightweight gel-type moisturizers that seem to be very popular in Korean skincare. I think every BNT Box I’ve received has at least one of these, but this is the only one to come packaged in a tube. It’s the best of what I’ve tried so far and I like to use it to prep my skin for makeup, but I’m not crazy about it.
So this 3CE Under Eye Flash (12.11 USD) is the third item from the brand that I’ve been lucky enough to try, thanks to BNT News. It’s a soft pencil liner that you can use to brighten and/or add depth to your look. It’s extremely soft, pigmented, and long-lasting.

There are six different shades to choose from and they all look like shades I would love to try, but I’m very happy to have gotten African Sunset! My second choice would be Romanticism, followed by Pitter Patter (pretty much just because I love the name).
Some things just come your way at the best possible time. And while I seem to always be late (actually, the very last) to the party when it comes to these BNT boxes, the timing of this January box could not have been better. The other day I was thinking of how I badly needed a new gel liner and brown liquid liner, and yesterday I ran out of my cleanser then totally forgot to buy a new tube while I was out. When I got home, the January BNT box was waiting for me with all three of those things in it (among others)! Let’s start with the cleanser, since that is the very first thing I tried out.
Product Description: Botanical patent ingredients supporting sebum control and temporary pore contraction create refreshing and smooth skin through inducing contraction of enlarged pores by various reasons, balance care and elasticity increase.
The BRTC Bubble Refining Cleanser* is actually the second part of a seven-step (!!) pore tightening system. I can’t imagine having to go through so many steps. That sounds a little extreme to me, but I’m sure the individual parts work fine on their own, otherwise this would not have been sent alone. Anyway, I have one other BRTC product that BNT sent a month back and I really love it, so I was very excited to try this cleanser. As with the Bright Eye Vitalizer Cream, the packaging on this has a cool medicine-like feel.
